IS A ROTTWEILER PUPPY RIGHT FOR ME AND/OR MY FAMILY?
Rottweiler puppies are not for everyone. In fact, most people think they can just get a puppy and raise it like they did their Lab or Poodle or even a Boxer. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Rottweiler puppies require socialization EARLY on and also require a PACK LEADER. They can make for some of the best companions a person can ask for, but if put in the wrong hands they can be ruined. So please, before you consider a Rottweiler puppy, do your homework or CALL US and we can help you with any questions you might have.
HOW MUCH IS A PUPPY FROM BALLARDHAUS ROTTWEILERS & WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT?
Well, we are NOT selling your less than
average $200-$800 Rottweiler. Unfortunately, we literally can not afford to. It costs thousands to FINISH a dog in a show ring, as well as health test the parents, and all the costs that go into raising a litter. We sell quality Rottweiler Puppies for sale with a
2 year hip and health guarantee. All Rottweiler Puppies come utd on shots and will be
de-wormed before going to their new homes. We also DOCK tails and REMOVE dew claws for all litters unless otherwise posted.
Our pedigrees speak for
themselves as far as the quality of the parents.
The average cost for our puppies range from $1500 to $2500.
This is all depending on the parents and the money that has gone into the
showing/health testing of the parents.
We take all the steps we can to ensure we are breeding quality, and we
stand behind our Rottweiler puppies 100%. Please read our contract to see exactly what we cover.
Ballardhaus Rottweilers understands things come up in our lives that would prevent you from getting your new puppy. Unfortuneately we do not HOLD deposits or payments and use them to take care of our dogs showing and expenses. For this reason, any and all payments made to Ballardhaus is NON REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to upcoming litters as long as you give notice before a puppy you have a deposit on reaches 6 weeks old.
In the event you were to cancel your puppy after it is 6 weeks old you will forfeit your deposit and all monies paid completely.

SHIPPING
Shipping is SAFE and is done all the time around the world. The airlines have perfected a system that keeps our babies in climate cotrolled situations and they are made priority on the flight. SHIPPING of an 8 weeks old puppy, to anywhere in the LOWER USA, is a flat fee of $300. That includes a crate, health
certificate, flight, and our trip to the airport.
Please add $50-$75 to your cost if you are flying a 10wk-16wks old pup to cover larger crate.
Shipping to other countries can be arranged at a different cost.

FIRST STEPS TO GETTING YOUR NEW BABY...
It is important that you understand the breed before bringing a Rottweiler Puppy home. We try our best to get these guys in the best homes possible. Some of the most obvious questions we would start off asking can get quite lengthy on the phone. For this reason the application will help us guage wether or not you and your family will be capable of handling a rottweiler and also give us an idea on what kind of information we may need to supply you with.
Anyone wanting to
purchase a Rottweiler puppy from Ballardhaus Rottweilers is required to do the
following:

Wait to receive an approval from us on your application via e-mail or phone call
(usually takes less than 24hrs)

Pay the $300 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit to reserve your puppy
Note: Please be honest about your experience with the Rottweiler breed. We would much rather educate you and help you with your first Rott than assume you know what you're doing and not help at all.

WHAT IS PICKING ORDER?
Picking Order is the order in which you are placed according to your deposit. Not every puppy in a litter is perfect for every person, so we will have final say in a puppy if we feel it is not the right one for your family. If for some reason you are still not satisfied with that pup, you are able to transfer your deposit to a new litter.
WE DO NOT PICK OUT PUPS ARE 2 WEEKS OLD AND CALL THEM "RESERVED" THAT'S REDICULOUS!
Most of the time picking order is done around 6-7weeks. In some cases this might be delayed for show prospects.
EXPERIENCED SHOW PROSPECTS ARE ALWAYS PLACED AT THE TOP OF A PICKING LIST FOR OBVIOUS REASONS.
EXPERIENCED SHOW HOMES ARE CONSIDERED TO BE SHOW HOMES THAT ARE CURRENTLY SHOWING, OR HAVE FINISHED CHAMPIONS.
We often get people who say they want a "SHOW QUALITY" puppy just because they fear their "PET QUALITY" pup will be much less in looks or quality. This is not the case. Usually puppies considered to be show quality are sold into pet homes simply because there are not enough show homes to go around.

WE DO NOT CHASE PUPPY BUYERS. SO IF FOR SOME REASON YOU HAVE NOT HEARD FROM US-----CALL OR EMAIL AGAIN! SOMETIMES EMAILS GET CAUGHT IN SPAM AND IF YOU DONT HEAR FROM US WITHIN 24 HOURS PLEASE ASSUME WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR EMAIL OR MESSAGE.

the right to deny a Rottweiler puppy from anyone for any reason.
Non Refundable Deposits are
$300 and are due immediately to reserve a puppy. If for some reason there is not a Rottweiler pup
available that meets the criteria requested, the deposit will be transferred to
a new Rottweiler pup out of a new Rottweiler litter within 8 months. If no Rottweiler litters are planned in
that time frame, the deposit will be returned.
